1) What are the main objectives of CFL Futures?
To provide young football players with :
- Fundamentals - A fun and inclusive environment to improve upon skills.
- Safety - To teach young football players the proper and safe way to play the sport.
- Development - Continue to develop young football players in Canada in conjunction with the Sport Canada LTAD Model, with thorough and engaging practices and drills.
- Character Building - Continue to use sport to develop young athletes’ character and life skills.

2) What is the age range of participants in the CFL Futures program?
The CFL Futures program is for girls and boys in the U10, U12 and U14 age range (or any child from the ages of 8-13).
3) What is the cost for participants?
The cost for participants is $120 (an organization must have at least 15 participants).
4) What are the benefits of participating in a CFL Futures Program?
8 weeks of one-hour practice sessions in a non-padded, fun and inclusive football environment to teach the basics of the sport of football. A CFL Futures Program is eight weeks in duration, with one practice every week.

Anyone who has had an existing program, a school, a municipality, a coach etc.

amount of apparel packages ordered for program participants.

8) How do I get volunteers for my CFL Futures program?
Some tips to recruiting potential volunteers for your CFL Futures Program could be; asking your provincial association for names of people who could assist you, spreading word throughout the community (social media, flyers etc.) and talking to parents of all your players to solicit involvement. (More information on volunteer recruitment and retention can be found on page #12 of the CFL Futures Programs Conveners Guide)
9) How can I promote my CFL Futures program to ensure I get the desired amount of registrants?
Different ways you can market your CFL Futures Program can include (but does not have to be limited to); flyers, websites, yard signs, radio ads, field signs, Facebook ads, Twitter ads and Instagram ads.

11) How do I determine the maximum number of registrants for my CFL Futures program?
The maximum number of registrants will depend on your facility allowment and the number of coaches/volunteers present. There must be 1 coach/volunteer present for every 7 participants.
